Come together for the 1st Bees community gathering, an exclusive event for HACHI concert ticket holders.
At the venue, we'll validate your purchase upon entry, and attendees can enjoy the concert broadcast on large screens with fellow enthusiasts(The venue is only accessible to those who have purchased online tickets during this period).
Conveniently located just 1 kilometer from the 「Clapper Studio」, the concert venue for HACHI 「Close to heart」 Taipei Concert, our space also serves as a temporary Event Lounge for concertgoers.

Eligibility to Participate in Offline Event

To join, you must hold a HACHI 「Close to heart」 Ticket, valid for both online and offline purchases. ※ Please note, we will verify your concert ticket at the event, and those without proof of purchase will be denied entry.

NT$250 per person. Please sign up and submit your payment using the form below.
- Paid participants will receive an ID holder and a commemorative card
- Paid participants will be eligible for the lucky draw.
- Overseas Bees must also register through the form, but can enter free of charge and are excluded from the draw.

Venue Facilities and Services

- Equipped with 3 projectors and screens.
- Separate restrooms for men and women.
- 150 folding chairs, several sofas, and bar stools.
- Multiple power outlets suitable for 110V (Type A/B power sockets commonly used in Taiwan).
- Trash bins for general waste and recyclables. Please dispose of everyday waste appropriately and avoid discarding irregular, industrial, or hazardous materials.
- Temporary luggage storage is available, but we do not assume liability. Keep valuables with you.
- First aid kit available for emergencies.
Important Guidelines
注意事項
- Masks are required for entry. Those without masks will be refused admission and will be refunded within two weeks after the event.
- Temperature checks and hand sanitization are mandatory at entry. Those with a temperature above 37.5°C will not be admitted and will be refunded within two weeks after the event.
- Upon check-in, present your registration information、concert ticket. Overseas attendees must additionally present a passport.
- Food and drinks are allowed, but attendees must provide their own as none will be offered by the organizers.
- Please be respectful and avoid spills on floors, walls, or equipment. Damages will result in compensation charges.
- If taking photos or filming, please obtain consent before posting on social media. Organizers will pixelate faces in any official photography or filming.
- Photography during the concert is strictly prohibited.
- Do not damage any equipment, such as screens, projectors, sound systems, microphones, furniture, or displays. Offenders will be required to reimburse for damages.
- Forbidden items include illegal drugs, open flames, inflammables, harmful volatile solvents, smoking, and smoke-producing devices. Violators who trigger alarms will be held responsible for compensating the organizers, venue owners, and any affected parties for damages resulting from their actions.
- Dangerous items like shovels, bats, or firearms are strictly prohibited.
